So-Mo project outline
Project remit- The project has been initiated by Merseyside Road Safety Partnership (MRSP), and is being run by Liverpool City Council/
- The tender document can be downloaded from here: https://wacm.org.uk/files/6a_liverpool_city_council_mm_quotation_document_10_11_17.doc. This was difficult to obtain - requests to So-Mo, MRSP and Liverpool Council did not result in the remit being supplied, and it was eventually obtained via a formal Freedom of Information request.
