So-Mo project outline

The project has been initiated by Merseyside Road Safety Partnership (MRSP), and is being run by Liverpool City Council/
The tender document can be downloaded from here: https://wacm.org.uk/files/6a_liverpool_city_council_mm_quotation_document_10_11_17.doc. This was difficult to obtain - requests to So-Mo, MRSP and Liverpool Council did not result in the remit being supplied, and it was eventually obtained via a formal Freedom of Information request.

Some preliminary findings were released in So-Mo blogs during January to March 2018 - see https://www.so-mo.co.uk/adultpedestriancasualties
Some concerns and queries about the project were sent to So-Mo, MRSP and Liverpool Council on 13 March 2018 - see https://wacm.org.uk/81.html
So-Mo organised a meeting on 16th March 2018 to present the preliminary findings.
In response to this, on 20 March 2018, Liverpool Pedestrians Association (LPA) circulated its concerns about the project to the attendees at the meeting. No response has been received from So-Mo except for an initial acknowledgement.

First phase reports referred to in an April 2018 So-Mo blogs - it was stated that they were "available on request"

No response to these concerns has been received by LPA (by 26 June 2018).
