Two child pedestrian deaths from pavement parking
Two child pedestrians have died from illegal pavement parking, one on the Wirral and one in Glasgow.

Wirral child death from pavement parking

Esme Weir aged 4 years was killed in 2016 when a delivery driver drove on to a pavement to park. The driver was from Wallsey, Wirral. The incident happened in Neston, Wirral.
